More than Just a Beer Festival
Since 1996, San Diego Festival of Beer has been providing thousands of beer connoisseurs with an unlimited Beer tasting experience in the hottest spot of San Diego. Best of all, this entire event is a fundraiser to help raise money to help local cancer-fighting charities.
Whether you're a local or happen to be in town visiting the San Diego Festival of Beer definitely has something for anyone who likes a good time.

Tickets
Purchase your tickets in advance to bypass the ticket sales line at the event itself. For EARLY Entrance ticket (provides early entry into the event at 5:30 pm, an exclusive special aged beer tasting, plus the unlimited craft beer tasters continuing until 10 pm), General Admission (provides entry to event, unlimited craft beer tasters from 6 pm - 10 pm), and all other ticket purchases, please visit our online ticketing partner Events.com:
Each ticket comes with a four-ounce tasting glass for unlimited tastings. Only one four-ounce taste will be poured at a time per person. You must use the glasses we provide, the pourers will not fill any other cups or vessels.
Credit Cards
We do accept credit cards at the gate. Inside the event, some vendors may not accept credit cards, but there is an ATM at the front gate and inside the event.
Restrictions: This is a 21 and up event!
Entry to the event is restricted to those age 21 and over. No children, babies, or pets are permitted. A photo ID with birth date is required and IDs will be checked. Valid IDs are those issued by the United States federal or state governments, such as driver’s licenses, passports, and state IDs. The photo and birth date must be present on the ID.
Military Discount
There is a $5 military discount on event day for active service members. Must present valid active military ID for discount.
Wine available:
Fine wines will be sold for an additional fee per pour.
Parking
Drink responsibly and always identify a Designated Driver. You can also access Broadway Pier via the Trolley located just a block away from the festival!
There are three paid parking lots located along Harbor Drive. The lots are self-service, first-come-first-served and they do accept credit cards. There are also over 200 parking meters on each side of Harbor Drive between Grape Street all the way down to the G Street Mole on the south side of the USS Midway.
